Bioware and EA dropped info on the collectors edition of Mass Effect 2 which hits stores on January 26th. The fancy collectible will cost you $69.99 on the Xbox 360 and $59.99 on the PC. What do you get for your extra dough?

Mass Effect 2 Playstation 3 Rumors Crushed
Playstation 3 fans went crazy around the globe when they heard the rumors that the January 2010 release of Mass Effect 2 will be coming to the PS3. This was excellent news considering the PS3 has so far been lacking in major game series, especially those that were on the Xbox 360 and Windows Live.

Release date announced for Mass Effect 2

Bioware has announced the release date for upcoming RPG shooter Mass Effect 2.
The release date for Xbox360 and PC have been confirmed as the 29th of January (UK). This is coming after rumors of a PS3 version of the second chapter of the Mass Effect trilogy. As we have come to expect, if you preorder the game their will be incentives such as Armour and weapons.

Two years of content planned for Dragon Age: Origins

Bioware recently spilled the beans on it's upcoming and very anticipated game Dragon Age: Origins, saying they have two years of DLC already planned for the game. Mark Darrah, Executive Producer, said the content will be "item packs" and "larger quests that might last an hour or two, up to even fully fledged expansion packs."
No word on pricing but the good news is that the content should hit all the platforms....

Bioware has announced that the character creator for it's upcoming game Dragon Age: Origins will be available on October 13th, allowing players to get a head start on rolling their characters a few weeks prior to the official game launch on November 3rd. The community site for the game will also go live on that date, allowing you to upload your character data to use as your avatar for the official site....
